    Last year my goal was to reduce the processed food in my diet and I think I’ve done a good job of it at home. This year I’m trying to get better at fast grab healthy options so I don’t have to resort to fast food when things get crazy.

    I am going to keep doing what I am doing: getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep nightly, waking up to work out for an hour and a half, eating very clean… healthy whole foods, READ: LOTS OF SALMON, be very happy and think positively, continually thank my parents and family for their love and work hard and accomplish my career goals. 2012 is a big year, but it’s not going to disappoint.
